just found out recently that I maybe was your professor in chiropractic college. So I'm super excited to have you here.

I'm a chiropractor and I have a master's in functional medicine as well. I have a very, you know, muscular skeletal

type chiropractic practice, but then online I do a lot of health coaching and I like to research

and write books and things like that. And so, yeah, like my interest in the heart came from,

you know, my own health journey and how I had a lot of inflammatory conditions when I was a kid.
