all the weight loss going on and skin laxity being such a hot issue now and really probably for

the next, you know, five to ten years. So I think a perfect topic. Absolutely. No, I couldn't

agree more. And I, you know, I think we were chatting before the episode.

And I've seen softwave everywhere recently, you know, and I've really been curious about how it works and what it is.

But Dr. Fringer, if you don't mind, I'd love to learn a little bit about your background because it's truly impressive.

I mean, you have such great training and such, so much experience in the field of plastic surgery. If you could give us a little walk down memory lane maybe and tell us about yourself.

Oh, for sure.

It's been definitely exciting and definitely a little bit of travel for sure.

And so I'm a board certified plastic surgeon and did my medical school here in Texas

and then went to St. Louis for residency and then had the opportunity to actually travel abroad. I did these many fellowships in Taiwan, Belgium, and then did an aesthetic

fellowship in Miami and stayed there for a couple years. It was a lot of fun, great for training,

probably not great from my longevity of living on Miami Beach for too too long and then uh you know got the chance to

come back to Texas and uh start my own practice about seven years ago and been super fortunate.

Um, you know, we've expanded to almost 90 employees, three locations and, uh, no question,
