But Russia is a malign actor and it's acting pretty badly right now.

We now know that the Russians were behind the big hack on US government computers.

And we're seeing some movement of troops and other aggressive posturing going on in Eastern

Europe.

And so I'm not smart enough to make sense of all of this.

So I was smart enough to get to people who were.
