back as always to my learned friend Mr. Roger Weeks. Hi, Pete. Hello. You're right? Yeah,

0:15.2

I think so. How is 2026 shaping up for you so far. It's going magnificently.

0:21.4

Magnificently.

0:22.4

But far more settled and quiet than it was this time last year. That's for sure.

0:25.1

Well, because you were coming off the back of the flood, weren't you?

0:27.4

Yeah. Yeah, really good start of the year.

0:29.4

1:29.7

follow it up with everything you need to do.

1:31.7

And specifically right towards the end, we want to just give you something called a risk

1:35.1

lens, a way of assessing risk in a sort of qualitative way.

1:40.2
