So the PSA test you think should be

mandatory really. This gets us into the very checkered history of PSA and the arguments around

screening. At the moment, PSA is the only cheap blood test that we have for, if you like,

getting into a diagnosis of either benign enlargement of the prostate, because that puts the PSA

up, or prostate cancer. Whether you can use it for mass screening is, of course, the subject of hot debate at the moment.
