among others. Her book, Want Me, A Sex Writer's Journey into the Heart of Desire,

is about unpacking the messages we receive from society about sex, intimacy, and pleasure.

I think Tracy's memoir is a fierce and honest exploration of identity, and so much of Tracy's work

is helping to broaden the conversation around sex, feminism, and our bodies. Today we talk about

the state of our current sex culture and the false narratives that have shifted sexual empowerment

away from collective action and social justice. We also talk about why sex should be thought of

in a broader structural context, and now sharing experiences and stories rather than going at it alone
