Summary

Are You Menstrual?
We are continuing our minerals series and expanding on one particular part of the Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)--metabolic type. Our metabolic type gives us insight into nervous system balance and the stage of stress our bodies are in. This is helpful information to know on a healing journey to better understand what nutrients you need more of and what stress management activities may be best for you.
In this episode, we discuss where metabolic typing came from, the difference between a fast and slow metabolic type, and what the different subtypes are.

image T-E-I-H-T-M-A. I'm going to say that again, it's T-E-I-H-T-M-A to see what the hair test

1:43.6

looks like and your metabolic type section in the hair

1:46.8

test, just so you can follow along with us as we talk about it. Yeah, and it's at the top right.

1:51.3

You should see it. I'm sure if someone has done a hair test, if you have yours, you can just

1:55.1

look at that. And we're going to go through this mainly because it's it's kind of like our first part of the

2:01.8

test we review with our clients that were like, what kind of stage of stress are you in, right?
