I have always had this on my mind, but I was waiting for the right moment, the right guest to simplify and get the conversation started about meditation. |

| 1:02.1 | So I instantly knew that this is the right time to bring Jimmy on the podcast. |

| 1:14.2 | like being a DJ in London and late night parties and being on the clubbing scene, it left him |
| 1:20.6 | in many ways broken, depressed and he suffered from insomnia. And in a desperate attempt to gain control over his life back, |

| 1:58.7 | And he's also trained over time and over years of intensive studies to be a meditation |
| 2:04.3 | teacher. Today he teaches deep mantra meditation inspired by the Himalian yogis, the Adwinta Vedanta |
