Today we're answering your questions, this time about the leaked Supreme Court draft decision in the Dobbs case and its many implications.

Well, John, we decided to dedicate the entirety of today's episode to this multi-part mega question that came in with a whole lot of thoughtful facets

about the Dobbs leak and the implications for the pro-life movement legally, politically, and even in a way morally and spiritually.

So there are a lot of sort of questions and good thoughts to unpack here.

And I think that it's going to be useful for us to talk through them for our listeners.

So this person writes in that the leaked draft and the real prospect of overturning Roe and Casey will, I suspect, cause

many necessary and uncomfortable conversations among pro-lifers, especially in states where

we will, God willing, have the opportunity to ban abortion. I have a list of questions I've

been assembling as I listen to you and others talk about the implications of Alito's Dobbs rationale.

Could you please tackle one or more of these questions?

Some of them are questions you already have been suggesting need to be addressed in the coming days and weeks.

So first of all, does Alito's Dobbs rationale indeed threaten other Supreme Court rulings that depend on the inferred right to

privacy, or is abortion so different as Alito claims in his draft opinion that it plays by its own

rules? Yeah, well, that's a great question because that's kind of what we're hearing. And it is quite

alarmist to hear, you know, for example, that, you know,
