0:43.9	And what do you do as a developmental behavioral pediatrician
0:47.1	and why did you choose a specialty?
0:49.0	Yeah, Mona, I mean, it's so great back from UCLA
0:51.6	and then even in med school as
0:53.0	so my presidents we had some amazing trips it's so good to reconnect so
0:57.7	as a developmental behavioral pediatrician I get to work so much closely with families. I do assessments and recommend
1:06.8	treatments regarding the medical and psychosocial aspects of children's
1:10.6	and adolescents developmental and behavioral problems.
1:13.4	This can be a wide array of diagnoses and issues ranging anywhere from like learning disorders,
1:19.2	attentional and behavioral disorders like ADHD,
1:22.5	developmental disorders like autism, spectrum disorders,
1:26.2	intellectual disabilities,
1:27.7	or even just issues like sleep issues,
1:31.0	feeding problems, toilet training challenges.
