We ran out of time last time, John.

But let's pick up where we left off last time. We had some good stories and we were laughing. So now that we've got some more time, let's go ahead and pick that up. We talked a little bit about your routine, right? And we've kind of brushed through, like, just your typical day. I want to know, you know, we didn't get into details of, you seem like a pretty busy guy.

Do you sleep your traditional seven, eight hours? Are you scraping for five hours? What's that

look like? I scrape for five. So the wife doesn't understand. I've got four kids and now a

granddaughter, right? So there's, and I acquired my future ex-son-in-law. I'm kidding, Alex. But the deal is, is he's my daughter's

fiance and they have a beautiful daughter, Lily, that's five months old. And so she's my granddaughter.

But in that house, there's eight of us right now while their house is being finished. Oh, it's chaotic.

And, you know, there are three, me and two of my other kids that never sleep. And then

there are three of our family that sleeps all the time. So me, my daughter, London, who's 12,

and my son, Christian, who's nine, we never sleep. It's always like five hours. Like, we're up late,

and we're up early and we're ready to roll. My wife, my oldest daughter, Hannah, who's 21, and my

second daughter who's 15, McKenzie, she has narcolepsy, like legit narcolepsy, not the one like

she just falls asleep randomly, but she comes home from school and sleeps four hours and gets up,
