How do you balance working, running a business, personal time, family

time, your time? How do you have to overcome those hurdles in life to please everybody. I shared a post on

Instagram not too long ago called to please everybody you'd have to sell ice cream and

that's a fact because you're never going to make everybody happy including yourself or your spouse or your family or your business or your business partners or your employees or your job or your boss. It is hard. It is a struggle. It is exhausting to try to please everybody.

And you can't. You gotta pick and choose when and who you're pleasing at that time.

And you know, some of my advice, you know, for the when and who you're pleasing at that time.

And you know, some of my advice, you know,

for the folks that know my story,

you know, I opened a business really early,

about 24 years old, opened my first company,

and started it with some 401k money and worked a second job while I did that and it

was tough I didn't see my second daughter McKinsey who's 16 now I didn't see her very much for the first year and a half two years of her life

Because I was busy working one job full time to about 4 p.m. and then trying to build a business from 4 p.m. at night, Monday through Friday, all day, Saturday,

and partial on Sunday.

And that's hard.
