We are in the midst of the ongoing legal battle of Denny Carter and Patrick Darty.

So I, Kyle Devorechek, I'm joined by staff writers at Kruger and Lawrence Jackson.

And I think we may have had a winner in the legal battle.

I would call it a celebratory post was posted on Denny Carter's Twitter account.

And I would say boots on the ground, it appeared disturbing.

Zach, could you please describe the contents of what was a off-putting tweet, say the least?

Yeah, I mean, first of all, happy to be on here with you guys, but the tweets have been

coming from Denny's count in particular, really just I think kind of left us all a little

bit shook and we know that he is someone who is prone to upset the Twitter sphere with

food takes.

We've had all steak taste the same.

I believe he is a guy who is the big fan and only fan of all natural cake donut with

no icing.

But now the hummus time bit has stretched into not just hummus time, but plain old hummus

time.

He posted the Twitter at the beach, it's just yet another bad looking food take at Denny

has polluted our timelines with it.

I'm a hummus fan myself, the number of different hummus that we have out there, there's something

with like red peppers, I'm a big fan of out of you guys are hummus consumers yourselves.

But for a guy who just consistently throws out plain food takes, what are we doing posting

plain hummus at the beach, like please spice it up a little bit.
