Summary

When the people of Israel chose political leadership over prophetic leadership, Samuel only knew to do one thing - establish himself as a father in the prophetic. It was a small group of nameless sons, that Samuel fathered, that made the king of Israel fall to the ground and prophesy. 0:24.1	And we're just thrilled that you're here.

0:29.2	that some of you probably saw that slowed traffic down.
0:32.1	So we'll have some folks filtering in here a little later.
0:35.0	Had some folks get stranded in Dallas because of some ice storms that are there in the Dallas area so they weren't able to make it.
0:42.0	Hopefully they'll make it.
0:42.6	Hopefully they'll make it by tomorrow.
0:44.7	But for those of you that have never been a part of one of our
0:48.4	traditional wilderness society gatherings,
0:50.6	which we've hosted for almost 10 years now on the first Tuesday of most months.
0:56.2	What we generally do in that meeting is I just go right into the teaching.
0:59.9	We spread the notes out and we just get into the good stuff here together.
1:03.7	That's what we're going to do tonight.
1:05.8	Tomorrow will look a little different in the morning,
1:08.0	be a little bit more conversational,
1:09.6	and then tomorrow night we'll have more of a traditional service with worship and all of that.
