Shockingly, local law enforcement say the reason the latest shooter got within a few hundred yards of Trump

is he's not the sitting president.

At this level that he is at right now, he's not the city president.

If he was, we would have had this higher golf course around it.

Well, because he's not, the security is limited to the areas that the Secret Service deems possible.

This is as unacceptable as it's inexplicable.
