Welcome to Andy and Ari on three. No pressure on us, but lots of pressure on the coaches who are

bracing us with their presence at SEC Media Days. We had Hugh Freeze there on Tuesday,

Brent Venables and Billy Napier there on Wednesday. Ari, you have a column at on three, and it is very interesting read because it is the 10

coaches under the most pressure going into the season.

And it's fascinating to me because it's not a hot seat list per day, but it is at the top. I fundamentally disagree with the notion that

we're not under pressure. We are also under pressure to perform. I think so. I put pressure on

myself every day to perform. You know, you want to do what's best for the company that's kind

enough to sign your checks. But yeah, so a lot of times you see lists of like hot seat candidates.

And I feel like obviously inherently, or the most pressure a human being can inherently

is being faced with the prospect of potentially

losing employment. But I also understand and know that being a fired coach is the best job

in America, and they're not wired that way. They're not concerned about their jobs. They're

concerned about their reputation or their ability to succeed. And maybe those two things coincide with one another, but I think that

there's other people that may be on the hot seat that aren't facing as much pressure as people

who have reputations on the line. Is that a fair thought? I think it is a fair thought.

For instance, Brent Pry is not on your list.

If he has a bad year, he probably is getting fired.

Yeah.

In terms of just the amount of pressure on top of him, Brian Kelly is actually under

more probably, but his buyout is so high that he's not getting fired.
