Why do we keep discussing Pharma? Today, we issue a major warning as we delve into a court hearing in which the FDA asserts that they can act without any constraints. The lawyer claiming to represent the US--but, actually represents pharma--attempts to disassociate and deflect when questioned, but the judges weren't swayed. According to the FDA, they are exempt from any restraints, but constitutional conservatives and God Almighty would beg to differ.
