Summary

This week we revisit the chat Kat had with Justin Baldoni (@justinbaldoni) because she mentioned it on last weeks episode, and they talk about some of the harmful messages that our culture's idea of masculinity creates. Justin came out with a book, titled Man Enough: Undefining My Masculinity, and started the Man Enough Podcast in 2021 in an effort to further undefine masculinity and offer freedom to those who have been hurt by the current popular beliefs of what being a man looks like. In this episode you will hear about some of those beliefs and gain a better understanding of why we need to start shifting how we view masculinity.
