0:10.9	When I started doing research into it, there's only 6% of privatized professionals who are unionized.
0:17.9	That's interesting.

0:19.5	That's much smaller than I would have expected. It's a tiny amount.

0:22.3	And yet we are seeing inside that six percent, they have the ability to make massive impact.
0:27.7	Whether it's Amazon or the entire scripted world in Hollywood, they've been brought to their knees, essentially, because of union strikes.
0:34.5	Yeah. because of union strikes.
0:47.9	So we've been putting a lot of effort recently into structuring and preparing our business for the next year.

0:49.9	And really, this is the first time that we've really focused on not just the next year,
0:53.7	but like we're looking at the next potentially 10 years.
0:56.6	We're setting like one year goals, three year goals and 10 year goals.
0:59.1	It's kind of an exciting, super nerdy experience for me to be doing all of this planning.
1:05.8	And a big part of that has been like defining core values, defining our purpose, our core purpose, our core vision.
1:14.8	And it's daunting.
1:17.2	Like it's really actually daunting to be doing that kind of heavy lifting for what was originally a small business.
