From a young age, Michaela was told that she would develop obesity and other diseases due to her family's genetics. But she decided to take her health into her own hands and create sustainable, healthy habits. Through her coaching, Michaela helps her clients recognize the patterns and habits that are sabotaging them and helps them create a plan for a healthier life. She emphasizes the importance of connecting with one's heart and asking oneself how they are feeling to realize their true wants and needs.
