0:00.0	She came in in a wheelchair, very, very bitter.
0:05.0	One of her boys had been stabbed to death.
0:08.0	Another one of her sons was knocked over in a hit and run and died.
0:12.0	And her other son was in prison.
0:14.0	So she came into Oasis, really, really angry.
0:18.0	And it was many months of just listening to her.
0:23.4	And I remember her saying, I forgive the men that killed my boys.
0:27.8	Then we saw the bitterness leave her over a period of days, weeks.
0:33.6	And I remember when she just got out of her wheelchair,
