She came in in a wheelchair, very, very bitter.

One of her boys had been stabbed to death.

Another one of her sons was knocked over in a hit and run and died.

And her other son was in prison.

So she came into Oasis, really, really angry.

And it was many months of just listening to her.

And I remember her saying, I forgive the men that killed my boys.

Then we saw the bitterness leave her over a period of days, weeks.
