Alex here with my wife, Lokelani, and we are here on the side of the road to tell you about uncommon Christianity.

There's a Christianity that we're called into

that is not the norm.

And there's a common way to live,

a common Christianity, a common existence, that is one that is filled with

dirtiness, filled with uncleanliness, but there's a purity that God calls us to and it's an uncommon way to live.

Now if you're familiar with Winnie the Pooh,

there's a movie called The Heffalump,

and it's really just an elephant,

but Pooh and his friends call it The Heffelump and in trying to catch the heffelump

poo puts a big pot of honey in the bottom of a pit

But then poo who loves honey wants to check if it really is honey.

Because if it's not real honey, it's not really going to catch the heffelump,

because who can walk past honey?

If poo loves honey, everyone loves honey. And so he tastes the honey. If poo loves honey, everyone loves honey.

And so he tastes the honey to make sure it's real honey.

But then he thinks, well, maybe it's just real honey at the top,

and all the way at the bottom it could be something else.

And so he tastes all the way to the bottom of the honey pot

until the honey's all gone.
