so many Asian Greens that I think are potentially a

bit undervalued or forgotten about in the garden that are fantastic to grow and

even more fantastic to work into your kitchen with delicious recipes.

So today we're going to talk about 11 of them

that I think you may want to consider.

Okay, the first one is Napa cabbage.

This is a fantastic variety of cabbage that is the primary ingredient in Kimchi.

So if you like Kimchi, then growing and making your own Kimchi is a fantastic idea.

My friend Amber over at Kimchi Gardens, as you might imagine by the name.

She's half Korean, half white, and she makes her own

Kimchi out of Napa cabbage that she grows. It's also known as Chinese cabbage. So I would personally

highly recommend that you add this to the garden.

It looks beautiful too.
