| 1:08.0 | She says, I can't remember if I was going up or coming down. The 92-year-old shook her head and said, boy, I hope I don't get that forget phone. |
| 1:16.0 | She knocked on wood for good luck. Then she said, hang on, I'll come help both of you as soon as I see who's at the door. |
| 1:22.0 | Say it like you mean it. This is my Bible. I am what it says I am. I have what it says I have. |
| 1:30.0 | I can do what it says I can do. Today I will be taught the Word of God. I boldly confess my mind is alert, my heart is receptive. |

| 1:49.0 | It's easy to go around worried about our future, stressed over our finances, frustrated with our boss. |
| 1:57.0 | We're tempted to live guilty because of past mistakes and bitter over what didn't work out. |
| 2:03.0 | We wonder why we don't enjoy life, why we're not passionate about dreams, why we can't sleep at night. |
| 2:10.0 | It's because our mind is cluttered. You weren't created to live worried, guilty, bitter, upset. |
| 2:18.0 | If you're going to reach your destiny, you have to clear out the clutter. |
| 2:23.0 | You can't stop negative things from coming but you can keep them from staying. You don't have to hold on to it. |
| 2:31.0 | When we make mistakes, guilt will come. Condemnation, telling us how we don't measure up. |
| 2:37.0 | You can hold on to it, go around down on yourself or you can let it go. |
