Summary

Tonight’s guest, Jonathan, has been hunting since he was 11 years old. He’s a sexagenarian now, so he’s been hunting a long time. When you consider the experience he had, it’s surprising he was willing to set foot in any woods after experiencing what he did. You see, one day during deer hunting season, when he was 19, his Uncle Bill put Jon in a tree stand that looked over a meadow. Jon had been sitting in the stand for an hour to an hour and a half, watching two does that were grazing on grass, in the meadow, when his sighting occurred. After the Sasquatch had left, Jon stayed in his stand for about 10 minutes before climbing down and walking fast about a mile back to the hunting camp. Needless to say, walking back to camp wasn’t easy for him. He was scared and understandably so. Things didn’t play out the way he expected them to after he did make it back and was able to tell his uncle Bill about what he witnessed, however. The response he got from his uncle was totally different than what he would have ever expected. We hope you’ll tune in and find out how all of this played out. 0:28.8	My dad bought a house in Vermont when I was a little kid and made it into hunting camp.
0:35.6	But like every year, like in November, guys would go up there and do their hunting and

0:43.2	And my dad passed away, so the hunting camp got sold.
0:49.9	But a friend that lived close by still had a hunting camp, so I started hunting there.
0:57.4	And I was 19 years old and I went up for my week hunting trip up there in Vermont.

1:13.2	And like I had been sitting there for like an hour and a half, maybe not even quite

1:21.2	And there were two deer out there eating and they were both those.
1:26.2	And in Vermont, it's illegal for a non-resident to shoot a doe, so I couldn't pull a trigger

1:33.6	So I was sitting there watching, waiting, hoping maybe a buck would come out.
