Flatlining on a hospital bed taught me what it's really like to trust God.

Hey everybody, Joe Simons, like Diamonds back again, Salt Strong Unchurched

and I want to share just a crazy wild story, a true story that just happened to me.

And it does involve flatlining on a hospital bed and also going under some anesthesia here recently.

And just a quote that made it on a piece of paper that I can't even explain,

except to say God is real.

I'm getting goosebumps just even thinking about what happened here.

So let me take you back in time.

I was in high school at Winter Haven High School.

And I started getting sick quite a bit and just kind of common cold stuff.

And you know, went to the doctor a few times and ended up just being,

hey, Mr. Mrs. Simons, you know, your son really needs to get his tonsils out of tonsilitis.

And that was the issue that was really kind of the foundation

and where all the problems were stemming from.
