Well, for most of us here, if our average age of our listener is 40, that is the case.

Hi everyone, I'm Joe Simons. One of the founders of Salt Strong.

And this is Salt Strong Unchurched.

And today is going to be a short and sweet one because I want to respect your time.

I want you, as soon as you were done with this, to start thinking about your time and how you're using it.

If you listen to my past episode with that father named Chris who had to watch his daughter basically die in front of him,

there's a couple of things that she said to her dad about how special her time was with him.

Just him not answering his phone meant the world to her.

And I actually started crying because I am so guilty of that.

Even having my phone in the dinner table when I know I shouldn't.

Having my phone on me at all times, even when one of my daughters or my son is trying to get my attention or my spouse is trying to get my attention,

that's something I know that all of us struggle with and maybe even suffer from because it almost can be like a disease of having to have your phone in it
