Back again with Salt Drung on Church.

This is going to be a different one, a very interesting one.

It is a book review by a guy

named Bart Aram, who used to be a hardcore Christian and, I mean, went to school to understand religion,

as taught religion, was all in. I mean, talk about someone who spent the majority of their life as a Christian,

teaching Christianity, a historian of religion in general, and is now kind of become an atheist.

It's rare, right? Normally, it's like the other way around. You hear the stories about

someone who's an atheist or they're Jewish or Muslim or whatever, and then became Christian. This is one of the few that kind of went the other way. And I bought this

book. The book is actually called How Jesus Became God for two reasons. One, it's a New York

Times bestseller. It kept popping up in my feed because I bought some similar books to this.

But two, you know, two weeks ago, I talked about becoming more like a scientist.

And if you missed that episode, the kind of 30,000 foot view message was we as a society

have become very just stuck in our ways, almost kind of in a rut, I would say,

because we do everything on emotion. We believe it's our way of the highway and you see this in

politics and, you know, social media and just the way we react. If someone doesn't agree with us
