We are here at the end of 2025. At least I am,

as I'm recording this, you might already be in 2026 when you hear it, but 2026 is right around

the quarter inches away. And if you're anything like me, one, you're always shocked at how fast a year goes by,

and you're also shocked at how much you actually got done, but don't really remember.

Where are you like, I know I got a lot of stuff done, but I don't remember all of it.

And one, it's a reason I like to write things down, and so I'll go back through my little daily gratitude prayer book and just kind of look at where I was, what I was thinking about.

Also, my good friend Don recommended me a CEO Tools book.

And one of the things that you do in CEO Tools is you write yourself a letter, almost like you're

writing a letter to the board of directors or the shareholders.

It just goes to yourself, though.

And it's time to reflect on what went right, how you were feeling for every month.

So I like going back and even reading those.
