Hey everybody, Joe Simons, like diamonds back again. Salt Strong on Church. This might be a confusing

one. I think most of us were taught always being honest.

And I think in general, that is true.

But I'll kick this off with a little bit of a dad joke so you can understand where I'm going with some of this.

So my wife asked me, is it just me or is the cat getting fat?

Apparently, it was a big mistake, replying, no, it's just you.

And where I'm going with that is there are some times where complete and unfiltered honesty, like if you're in the, let me, before I go any

further, let me tell you, I did not actually say it at my wife and I've never implying that my wife

is fat. That was completely a dad joke for this,

all for the exercise here that we're going to go through on this podcast.

There are times where you don't want the complete unfiltered truth to come out,

where there are nicer ways to say something,

even if someone does ask you to make me look fat in the back of your head, you're like, yeah, it does.

But there are other ways to say it.

Like, hey, babe, that actually looks great.
