Hey, everybody, Joe Simons, like diamonds back again, salt rung and church here in 2025.

Man, I don't know how your year has been, but it seems like it's already going by crazy fast.

It's just been a blur from holidays and a lot of people getting sick.

I mean, half our office is sick.

One of our kids got sick.

Just a lot of craziness

going on. But I'm still really, really pumped. We got some cool family goals just being really

laser focused and intentional about making sure we're all at the family table together. We've

been really good at it. But I feel like around the holidays with kids out of school, we were,

we weren't as consistent. So like, all right, let's get back in a good routine of having the whole family around the table.

We go around and talk about the best part of our day.
