It's crazy to think how fast this year flew by.

I started going back and I looked at every one of the past episodes.

I mean, there's 51 of them from, from 2024. And wow, brought back some awesome memories, some just great lessons. And what

I decided to do? Because I, I learn something from all of them. I do these, you know, as I always kind of

somewhat facetiously say that I do them to

help myself out.

And it's more of a selfish podcast for me, which is partially true.

I do a lot of these because it's things I am dealing with or struggling with or sometimes

just wanting to keep the top of my head.
