Good morning guys, Joe Simons like Diamonds.

I am on vacation down here in the Panhandle, Perdido Key,

in Florida there, right near the Florida, Alabama line.

And we're here for a massive family reunion about 93 of us if you can

believe it all all showing up and so because of that I want to do a replay and this one is a really special one. It was the first

podcast where we featured Chris McAllister who's an author and a speaker and

man just an overall amazing person and someone I could say that has literally

changed my life for the better and we recently hired him to do a couple different

speaking engagements for all of our teammates here at Salt Strong. I felt so strongly

what it did in my life both professionally and personally that we want to invest in

in him to speak with with our crew and I mean there was some tears shed it was it was so

powerful and I had multiple people call me or text me afterwards on our team our

salt trunk team that said that was like the coolest thing anyone has ever done is an employer.

So yeah, just awesome guy and so I want to give mad props to Chris one but two I realized wow it'd been like a year and a half since we'd shared this

message I know a lot of people are new to the podcast and maybe miss this one so

this is a replay of a really really powerful message from Chris and there's a couple other
