You can't pick your family, but you can pick your friends.

Hey everybody, Joe Simons, like Diamonds back again with Salt Strong Unchurch. There is a pick that has been going around on Facebook that really got me thinking. And maybe you've seen seen this it is a picture of a family,

husband and wife I'm guessing let's just say 45 to 50

good-looking family they have I think it's four kids looks like a Christmas

picture right something that's nice and I don't maybe the guy's famous I don't I don't

think he is that that posted it but it's a picture of his family and then this kind of a not a

long letter but you know a couple paragraphs of of what's on his mind and it was

kind of like to his family so we're basically saying dear extended family, the people

not in that picture, meaning like mom's dad's brothers aunts uncles. I'm just assuming once again I don't

know this person but he's writing to his family you

just saying hey you know we we love you this is our Christmas card but we're

we're not going to be around you we're not going to put up with the

negativity and it sounds like who knows if it was alcoholism or abuse.

There is clearly something really bad going on outside of their immediate family with aunts and uncles and moms and dads, maybe some abuse,
