Back again with Salt Strong Unchurch. We recently had to let go of two

employees over what they probably think and what most of society would probably think are small things and it was essentially stealing time, not clocking in the right way on purpose multiple times stealing minutes, not hours but minutes added up to hours over a long period of time.

And as soon as we discovered it, I immediately said, done.

Fire him, there's no warning.

The second we found out and they admitted to doing it done.

And it's happened two different times.

And I finally went to the team because I think some of them were concerned like, hey,

like they're firing people over you know clocking

and basically what was happened they were clocking in on their way back to the

office even then they weren't actually there yet and this has happened over and

over again and to mean that's stealing right when you're

stealing time I would have rather than been honest say hey like there was
