Hello Salt Strong Nation, we're back, another unchurch episode,

and it's been a while since I've had a guest.

And it's been a while since I've had this particular guest,

guy that was on, I believe it was last year in 2023,

we were talking about cool little book let there be fish and

Rob Reno is is back for more Rob and I were chatting offline about just different topics and things that I hear from a lot of listeners.

And I hear a lot about anxiety and fear because I've talked a lot it, and it's something that I went through.

I also hear a lot of questions about broken relationships, in particular, family relationships,

people that have lost touch with brothers, sisters, parents, kids, for whatever reason.

And some of them are very bad reasons, like, you know, some really hurtful stuff that happened some things were

just said verbally and they're also very hurtful but some were meaning abuse

physical abuse and things like that and I I haven't been through a lot of that

and so it was tough for me to relate.
