I am so pumped about this episode.

I'm reading or I mentioned on the one of the last podcasts expectation of fact but I am so

phrase for anyone who's ever suffered from anxiety or just fear in general or

just feeling that pressure of general general, of anything big,

could be public speaking, it could be a big test or SAT,

anything, a job interview, anything big

that we've all had to go through in life

and we'll continue to have to go through,

this changes everything. This is really a way, a quick way, to invert and kind of flip the fear or this

pressure on its head and turn it into a positive.

I'm bum that it's taking me 45 years to hear this, but really, really excited that

we all get to know this, and I get to use this for rest of my life.
