And here's the good news.

Nothing is wrong with me.

I'm not burnt out.

I'm not dying.

There is nothing on the health side that is wrong.

This really comes down to putting recovery and putting a little bit of rest and a little

bit of focus on the business and not in the business as a priority for me and my family

and really our company.

The book, I've chatted about this a couple of times in the last, probably the last five

or six podcasts.

And this book is called 10X is easier than two X and I'm just going to read one quote

there.

And it says in there, it's urging leaders and in particular CEOs and founders to take

a little bit of a break.
