Anxiety attacks in the Bible.

Hey everybody, Joe Simons.

It's like Diamonds back again with Salt Strong and Church.

And yes, there were documented anxiety attacks in the Bible.

From people you know, we'll talk about that in a little bit.

And this episode really happened because last Sunday, I was listening to a podcast myself with Joel Osteen.

Many times on Sundays, I'll do a little yard work.

You just kind of cleaned it up around the house.

And I'll just have the earphones in.

I'll listen to the different podcasts and church services.

And Joel Osteen's one that comes into my feet every once in a while.

And it was talking about this anxiety epidemic that we're at all time highs with anxiety.

And he reminded me and obviously everyone listening that this is not some new thing.

There is pen anxiety all the way back into the Bible.

And there's a reason that the Bible has the word fear not 365 times or the phrase fear not 365 times.

And the word worrying and you know, the actual word anxiety is all mentioned in the Bible.

This is not something new that just came out of the blue in the last 100 years.
