Hey everybody, Joe Simons.

Like Diamonds back again, Salt Strong Unchurched.

And I had a really amazing message that hit me exactly when I needed to hear it.

And long story short, it's just been a tough first couple months of this year.

Just be honest with you, I have found it harder than ever before to lose weight.

I've got a little bit, I don't want to say chunky, but big bones.

I've got a little bit too much weight on me here in the holidays.

And normally I'll make a goal when we talked about this before writing down which I did.

And normally I found it just been easier to lose weight.

I'd hit the gym a little bit harder and run on the treadmill a little bit more.

And it would just kind of fly off.

This year, it's not happened.

I don't know what it is.
