Talking about something that has absolutely changed my life for the better.

It has decreased my anxiety.

It has given me some amazing visions.

And I've had some great conversations honestly with God and Jesus through meditation.

I've struggled with it.

I certainly didn't understand it at first.

And I'm still kind of struggling sometimes.

I get restless.

It's tough to sit still for a long amount of time.

I'm in peace and quiet for me because of my mind search racing.
