Today is a very big day for me and W2 for us, the release of the documentary film 2000 Mules.

This is the first day that people will be able to see it tonight, 7pm in 300 of sowed theaters.

And again, a second showing on Wednesday, May 4th, same time, same theaters.

Now, I was always gratified because in my earlier films, certainly the last few,

people would often tell me at the end of the movie, people would stand up and they were fired up and moved and they were teary eyed and applauded.

And they would say, we've never seen that in a movie.

But I predict that with this movie, that will not be the reaction.

In fact, that would be a little bit of an inappropriate reaction.

I predict that as the movie ends and the credits start rolling up, people will sit down and they will be silent and they will be motionless and they will be taking in in a sense digesting the full implications of what they've seen.

And I want to discuss what those implications are because in some ways, even my own initial approach, when W and I first partnered with True the Vote, we began to look at this evidence, we began to think of it in terms of, well, how do we stop these problems from happening again?
