North Carolina women's lacrosse ended their 2025 season with the program's fourth national title and a perfect 22-0 record. 0:00.0	Welcome in to a special Inside Carolina edition. I am Tommy Ashley. That's Greg Barnes on the other side of the screen. In the middle, we have coach Jenny Levy, head coach women's lacrosse. Coach Levy, it seems like last time we talked, there was a national title run going on. I'm thinking this inside Carolina stuff for you, good luck. Well, I'll take it. I'm not superstitious,
0:23.4	but luck is a good thing to have on your side. Good karma, good luck. But yeah, we're hoping to
0:30.4	open up our 26th season next weekend and really looking forward to it. So how do you improve on perfection?
0:40.9	Well, I think, you know, when you see a record of 22 and O from our 25 season, funny
0:46.4	enough, like we really weren't really focused on anything but like what our next game was
0:51.0	and how we're going to beat the opponent.
0:52.8	We had a lot of receipts to cash last
0:56.0	year and people that, you know, celebrated on our behalf because they hadn't beaten us in a long
1:00.6	time. And so I felt like we really were energized by that. This year, I think, you know, our program
1:08.5	has never gone back to a final four after winning a championship.
1:12.1	So, you know, some of the, there's different types of challenges, I think, with expectations.
1:18.4	And every year is a new year, although what's expected is excellent.
1:23.2	So, like, finding that balance is, I think, going to be a little different this year.

1:30.4	And we've been fortunate because of UNC's long history of excellence and athletics kind of across the board
1:36.5	and being able to talk to a variety of coaches.
1:39.7	And it's always the same conversation of, you know, it's one thing to have a goal to kind of get to the
1:45.7	mountaintop. Then it's another conversation to stay there. We'll get into your roster here shortly,
1:53.1	but when you're talking about a team that has eight preseason all Americans, you know,
2:00.3	just some incredible players coming back.
