Coach Mattson, as we sit here here you've been here a while now what's it

have you finally settled in well i don't think we're in the profession of settling in tommy but

um i do when i was first hired like i forget honestly if we've talked about this i had like

the three-year hump being the okay okay, things are going to, there's

going to be a shift there.

And now we've been through three seasons.

This is entering year four, which is crazy.

And so, and actually my best friend group chat from, we all played here, alums and everything,

we were just talking earlier today.

And it was like two years or three years ago this day

they graduated and like it's just crazy that time flies. We were like how old or how old do we

feel? And I was like I feel like I'm in a position now as a coach that yeah, there's like it's

been a it's been a minute. But definitely not settled. I mean I feel like if in our line of work, if you feel settled, there's been a, it's been a minute. Right. But definitely not settled.

I mean, I feel like if, in our line of work, if you feel settled, there's probably an issue going on.

Absolutely.

But, yeah.

You, when you got here, of course, you had been in the program.

You knew what the program was about.

Obviously, Coach Shelton imparted all her wisdom on you.

You wanted to take it in your own direction.

How do you think you've been able to do that over the past three years?
