Somewhere Big Boy is wondering why Sean suddenly has recruiting notes in a composition notebook.

Since our last show, Carolina filled out the coaching staff and adding two alumni to the operation.

They landed Kevin Thomas, who was formerly committed

to LSU, and they sit in strong position with Alex Samadurov. Michael Malone is also handed out his

first two high school offers for the 2027 class in DeMarcus Henry and Jan Kamagate. That last part

matters. Now we're moving beyond roster assembly. We're starting to see

what this staff prioritizes. Tonight's show isn't about commitment celebrations or recruiting stars.

It's about the bigger picture. Specifically, what kind of program is Michael Malone trying to build

at North Carolina? Let's get into it, shall we?
