Have you wondered at all,

as we are now a year plus into COVID reality

and we're now coming out of it?

Have you wondered at all what trauma is doing to us?

Have you wondered, how is this affecting me?

Or maybe have you wondered,

how is this affecting my children?

They have been at home by themselves

with only their siblings for the past year?

I think the reality is the whole world

has experienced something that somehow intuitively we know

that we are going to be changed by this.

We are going through a trauma of sorts.

But today I want to talk about,

do we have to be traumatized

because we have gone through a trauma?

You know, so often we experience trauma

and we know this, right?

That it traumatizes us.
