Let's talk about Donald Trump with Tucker Carlson.

Let's talk about the winners, the losers, what you saw, what you heard.

Now, I'm not going to take calls until the second hour.

The reason being I spent three hours taking phone calls from listeners this morning about

the debate with the intention that I would use the evening show to offer more of my opinions

on what happened, and I'd like to do that now.

Let me sort of start generally and work inward, Fox hosting the Republican debate.

The plan there was Trump is the draw.

The other guys get a chance to be seen on the same stage with him.

This is their opportunity to show you, I'm presidential, he's not look how good I look.

The guy who had the chance to really show that he's better than Trump was DeSantis.

And the other guys were hoping they could scrap and scratch and claw and maybe keep their

campaigns going because some of them are on the verge of dropping out.

But Trump decided I'm not doing that.

I don't need to and I will tell you, let's take the case of Greg Abbott in Texas.

He was running for governor re-election.

He had the election in the bag.

He chose to duck the debates.

The media and the person who's losing tore him up over it.

He should have to debate.

He's a horrible person.
