Romans 11:11–12 [11] So I ask, did they stumble in order that they might fall? By no means! Rather, through their trespass salvation has come to the Gentiles, so as to make Israel jealous. [12] Now if their trespass means riches for the world, and if their failure means riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their full inclusion mean! (ESV)

1:21.5	understand this passage of scripture. Our Father, we do ask you to empower us by the Holy Spirit to understand your word
1:31.2	and not just understand in our heads, but to embrace it in our hearts. And Lord, for it to do that
1:37.7	miraculous work of changing our perspectives to align with yours. Align our minds, Lord. That's what we want.
1:46.8	In Jesus' name, amen.
1:49.3	Okay, Romans 11, 11 through 12. Again, the Apostle Paul has been speaking about his people, Israel,
1:57.6	ethnic Israel, the people he descended from. And he has mentioned that they have stumbled in belief.
2:04.5	They have not believed in the Messiah, generally speaking, in his day.
2:09.0	He's not referring to everyone.
2:11.1	He's already said God has chosen a remnant of Israel by grace, among whom Paul was one.
