Representative, the baddest brother above the Mason Dixon line, the right Reverend Christopher

Butler. Now, Chris, I know we usually start off with some fun sports banter and stuff like

that or talk about family. But today, there's so much going on that I

want to jump right into the politics, if you don't mind. Was that last week or a couple weeks ago,

we talked about Senator Schumer and how he basically said that by MLK Day, they wanted to have

moved forward on the voting rights laws.

Well, as all of you know, MLK Day has come and gone.

Neither of those voting rights bills have been passed.

We asked the question, Chris initially, was there a plan behind this or were they just kind of throwing this out

there?

And as of now, it kind of sounds like the latter.

It sounds like they were getting a lot of pressure.
