podcast for a very long time so I'm super excited to have the amazing

Julia Hart on today who is such an inspiration she's a self-made businesswoman

designer best-selling author and raised in an ultra-Orthodox Jewish community.

At the age of 42 she changed her life completely and Julia I'm totally inspired by your story so welcome to the show

Thank you Caroline. Thank you so much for having me on so welcome well today I really really did want to discuss that journey with you because at the age of 42 to change your life in such an incredible way I think I mean I'm 48 now and I I got married to a man 20 years younger when I was 43.

Yeah, exactly.

I've done lots of crazy things and people always look at me and say how did you do it and what really made you sort of I've watched the show obviously on Netflix and I'm a huge fan and but having the balls to sort of stand up and basically blow up your life in the politest terms, like when and a life that you've had for so long, like how do you get the balls to do something like that?

Because it's what women get so stuck at this age and think that it's life is, well we've

been taught, life is over. Yeah, I think for me, the beginning and end of my personal exodus was my children.

I know I wouldn't have been able to do it for myself. It was too frightening.
